Debbie Rambo became the first official executive director of the Samaritan Community Center in 2002 and still holds that position today. Debbie came to SCC after working over 20 years in financial management positions at two local medical centers – Northwest Arkansas Rehabilitation Hospital and Boozman-Hof Regional Eye Clinic.
As executive director of the Samaritan Community Center, Debbie manages a staff of 65 part-time and full-time employees and more than 400 regularly-scheduled monthly volunteers and volunteer groups. She also coordinates the development of the annual strategic, budget and marketing plans with the SCC Governing Board and Leadership Team, creates and administers the center’s policies and procedures, prepares grant proposals, and promotes the center through public speaking and communication with area churches, nonprofit organizations and social service agencies.
Debbie’s commitment to the lead the center with God’s helping hand is evident in her every word and deed, and her personal core values are an exemplification of the Center’s Core Values Statement: To Do Justly … To Love Mercy … To Walk Humbly With God. (Micah 6:8).
